  • What services do you provide? We offer potable water delivery, shower trailers, water tanks, hydration stations, agricultural water services, event services, and emergency aid.
  • Where are you located? Our home base is in Sweet Home, OR. Our mailing address is: PO Box 238, Sweet Home, OR 97386.
  • Do you service my area? We service the Willamette Valley and beyond. Our service area depends on the type of service. Each service has its own service area we can accommodate.
  • What are your hours of operation? Our business phone (541-409-3556) and email (nodrought@gmail.com) are monitored 24 hours/day. Emergency calls will be responded to ASAP.
  • What does "potable" mean? The word potable means "suitable for drinking". All of our equipment is food grade and the water we provide passes testing.
  • Does the water you deliver contain chloramines? No, the water from our potable water source does not have chloramines in it.
  • What are hydration stations? Our hydration stations are potable water tanks with food grade spigots that allow you to have access to clean, safe drinking water anywhere.
  • Do you check my water levels or do I? Customers should be diligent about checking water levels and give as much notice as possible. We do not do it for you.
  • Where do you get the water that you deliver? We only use water from a potable city source.
  • How long does it take to offload my load of water? We have certified heavy-duty pumps capable of offloading 3300 gallons of water in 15 minutes, allowing us to offload the quickest in our area.
  • How are the showers configured? Our mobile shower trailers are equipped with as many as 7 shower rooms per trailer. Each shower room is private with its own shower stall and dressing area.
  • What do the showers require? The showers require a city water source (or we can supply a water source for an additional fee), hook up via garden hose, 110w electricity (or we can provide generator power for an additional fee), and gray water service.
  • Can we operate the showers ourselves or do you have to do it? Either. Your choice. They can be self-operating, you can run them, or we can provide shower attendants for an additional fee.
  • If we are renting equipment, do we pick it up or do you deliver? We deliver, set, and remove all of our rental equipment.
  • How much do your services cost? Price depends on location and job specifics. When you provide us with the delivery address and job specs, we will get you a price quote.
  • When do I pay? COD in most cases, but billing options are available for some services.
  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept cash, checks, cashier's checks, and money orders. In some cases, we will accept PayPal payments. We do not accept credit card payments at this time. Please plan accordingly.
  • Do you provide OLCC paperwork? Absolutely. We are happy to!
