  • What service do you provide? We offer year-round bulk potable water delivery for holding tanks, pools, events, farms, grows, and other uses.
  • Where are you located? We are based in Sweet Home, Oregon. Our mailing address is: PO Box 238, Sweet Home, OR 97386.
  • Do you service my area? We service the Willamette Valley and beyond.
  • What are your hours of operation? Our business phone (541-409-3556) and email (nodrought@gmail.com) are monitored 24 hours/day. Emergency calls will be responded to ASAP.
  • What does "potable" mean? The word potable means "suitable for drinking". All of our equipment is food grade and we get our water from a potable city source.
  • Do you check my water levels or do I? Customers should be diligent about checking water levels and give as much notice as possible. We have no way to monitor it for you.
  • Where do you get the water that you deliver? We only use water from a potable city source.
  • How long does it take to offload my load of water? We have certified heavy-duty pumps capable of offloading up to 5200 gallons of water in 20 minutes or less. We have the quickest offload time in the Valley.
  • How much do your services cost? Price depends on location and job specifics. When you provide us with the delivery address and job specs, we will get you a price quote.
  • When do I pay? Payment is due at time of delivery.
  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept cash, check, or Venmo. We do not accept credit cards at this time.
  • Do you provide OLCC paperwork? Absolutely.
